Management team

 Gal Marder  – CEO

Gal brings with him more than 10 years of experience as a programmer, architect, consultant and development manager. Gal started his career at a technological unit in the IDF and later moved to InterBit, a training and consulting company, where he spent more than 6 years.

He advanced there from a programmer to a senior consultant and, finally, to the position of VP R&D, where he was in charge of all the company’s development activity, involving tens of developers. Afterwards, Gal served as VP R&D for an internet startup company, where he was responsible for building a complex system from scratch to deployment. After this work was done, he initiated several other internet ventures before founding Trainologic. Throughout the years, Gal has lectured and delivered consulting services in areas of architecture and performance tuning in Israel, Europe and the US.

Gal has been a frequent speaker at various technological conventions, such as Java Technology Day, Agile Development Forum, and more.

Gal earned his BA in business administration from the Interdisciplinary Center, Arison Business School.

Shimi Bandiel – VP R&D

Shimi Bandiel is a senior consultant, trainer and architect with more than 10 years experience. He started working with Java in 1999 on implementation of a rule-based engine (RETE based) at ISE. After more than 6 years, he moved to InterBit, a training and consulting company, where he became a senior consultant and trainer. His last position there was a CTO.

Shimi developed & personally delivered many advanced courses in Java, JavaEE, Web Services and Software Architecture. In addition, Shimi provides software architecture and implementation consulting on a variety of topics, including technology adaptation, work flow engines, persistence, messaging, web tier, reporting, etc.

Shimi has been a guest speaker at various technology focused events, such as Sun's Java Technology Day and Oracle Technology Day.

Shimi has a B.Sc. in computer sciences from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
